Fortunately, there are two ways to obtain an invitation: through the E-invitation or the Paper Invitation.

The E-invitation is an online service that allows you to apply for an invitation to the Canton Fair from the comfort of your own home. To apply, you'll need to register on the official website of Canton Fair and fill in the E-invitation application form. Once you've completed the form, you'll receive a confirmation email with your E-invitation that you can print out and use to apply for your visa.

The Paper Invitation is a physical invitation that you can obtain through the Foreign Liaison Department of the China Foreign Trade Centre, or the Economic & Commercial Counsellor's Office of the Embassy of P.R. China in your region. You can also contact overseas cooperative organizations of China Foreign Trade Centre to obtain a paper invitation.

With your invitation letter, you can apply for your visa to China and gain free entry to the Canton Fair. Non-invitation new buyers will be charged a service fee of 100 RMB/card for registration.

To save time and avoid the tiring registration queue, it's recommended that you register at one of the 31 appointed hotels with Overseas Buyers' Registration Office in the lobby. This will allow you to register and obtain your entry badge quickly and efficiently.
